Meet Luke Diss

Owner & Founder of Next Gen Fitness Equipment

I started a small gym, just like you, and couldn't believe the start-up cost to fit it out. When we upgraded to a 1,300 m² facility, we had to fill it with 80+ machines. It wouldn't have been possible without affordable equipment, so we designed and manufactured our own. This was the birth of Next Gen Fitness Equipment.

About Me

Born and raised in Melbourne, I moved to Echuca in 2010 with the dream of starting a gym. The same dream I'm sure I share with you
When the opportunity presented itself, I jumped on it, investing everything I had into Next Level to get it started
We began with a facility less than 400 m² in Echuca, VIC. Our affordable equipment allowed us to add 3 machines for the regular retail price of one
Now, over 13 years we have upgraded to a 1,300 m² facility with more than 80 machines and 1,000+ members. Being able to reinvest into Next Level was one of the reasons it was able to grow to what it is now

How are your prices lower than the big commercial brands?
We keep overheads low and sell direct: no showrooms, no sales teams, no distributor markup. You deal directly with the owner, Luke, and get commercial grade equipment at more than 30% less than leading retailers.
Is the equipment really commercial grade?
Yes. Our ranges have spent over 7 years in daily use at Next Level Echuca Moama, a 1,300 m² gym running more than 80 pieces of NXT GEN equipment, under real member load day in, day out.
The prices are so low. How do I know it's legit?
Fair question. Once your equipment is built, and before it ships, Luke sends you photos or video of your actual machines. You can also see 80+ NXT GEN pieces in daily use at Next Level Echuca Moama, and read our Google reviews.
Does it arrive flat packed?
No. Your equipment arrives built, never flat packed.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Your equipment comes with a 12 month structural frame warranty. Luke has never had a claim on it.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
Once you accept your quote, Luke sends an invoice with bank transfer details. You pay a 50% deposit to lock in your order, then the balance before pick up, or before delivery and install.
Can I pick it up, or do you deliver?
Both. Pick up is free from Echuca. We also supply gyms, PT studios and home setups across Victoria and Australia-wide, with delivery and install quoted for your area, because Luke prices every job by hand.
How long does it take?
It depends on the machines you choose and what's in stock, so ask Luke when he calls you about your quote.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price shows the total including GST, with the ex GST price underneath for business buyers. Luke confirms delivery and install in your personalised quote so there are no surprises.
What is the free floor plan?
Order more than $10,000 of equipment (inc GST) and Luke draws up a free floor plan of your gym or studio, laid out to scale with the real machines, so you know it all fits before you buy.
Can Luke get equipment that isn't in the catalogue?
Yes. Luke sources gear beyond what's listed in the catalogue. Tell him what you're after and he'll find it and price it.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Luke personally calls every enquiry within 24 hours with a personalised quote and honest advice on the right gear for your space and budget. No pressure, no lock in: just numbers you can compare.
